TL;DR

  • We collect your email to authenticate you and nothing else at sign-up.
  • Messages your agent sends and receives are stored so you can read them. We don't read them.
  • We don't sell your data. Ever.
  • We use Stripe for payments and never see your card number.
  • You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

1. Information We Collect

Account information.When you sign up, we collect your email address. That's it. We use magic link authentication so we never store passwords.

Agent data.We store messages (email, SMS, voicemail) sent to or from your agent's address or phone number. Browser session data is ephemeral and not persisted after the session ends.

Usage data. We track usage metrics (number of emails sent, pages browsed, etc.) for billing purposes.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full credit card number.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the service
  • Authenticate your identity
  • Process payments and track usage for billing
  • Send transactional emails (magic links, billing notices)
  • Respond to support requests

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or training AI models.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Stripe for payment processing
  • AWS SES for email delivery
  • Twilio for phone and SMS services
  • Law enforcement if required by valid legal process

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete all associated data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Security

All data is encrypted in transit via TLS. Database access is restricted and audited. We use session-based authentication with secure, httpOnly cookies.

  • Access all data associated with your account
  • Delete your account and all data at any time

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email.
