  • You pay $3/month plus usage. Phone add-on is $2/month extra.
  • Don't use the service for spam, fraud, or anything illegal.
  • We can suspend your account if you abuse the service.
  • We're not liable for what your agent does with these tools.
  • You can cancel anytime. We can shut down the service with 30 days notice.

1. The Service

ajent.one provides infrastructure tools for AI agents, including email, phone, browser, and wallet capabilities accessible via MCP server or REST API.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including the actions of any AI agents you connect to the service.

3. Billing

The base plan is $3/month. The phone add-on is an additional $2/month. Usage is billed at our cost plus 10%. Payments are processed by Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing with 30 days notice via email.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Send spam, phishing emails, or unsolicited bulk messages
  • Engage in fraud or impersonation
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others
  • Distribute malware or engage in hacking
  • Circumvent rate limits or abuse system resources

5. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the actions of any AI agent you connect to the service. If your agent sends an email, makes a call, or executes a transaction, you bear the same responsibility as if you had done it yourself.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions. We rely on third-party providers (AWS, Twilio, Stripe) and their availability affects ours.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ajent.one is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You can cancel your account at any time from the account settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. We may discontinue the service entirely with 30 days written notice via email.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
